Thank you for shopping at Coda Room Custom Audio! We want to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible, from checkout to unboxing. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Coda Room Custom Audio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at support@codaroom.com within 7 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, UK, most of Europe, most of Asia, and Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us to see if we can make arrangements.
