It works well but the clip is still too small for the belt, and the wires from the PTT button to the ear piece/mic are too long.
Thanks for the feedback! We're working on a belt clip for larger belts. As far as the length of the cable-- we hear you! However, we have to accomodate for all body sizes, and the additional length was much requested after v1... We have to err on the side of having more cable that you can tuck away vs not enough, unfortunately. We would suggest wearing the cable junction under one arm, with the speaker wire traveling up the back, the mic wire traveling up the chest, and tucking the excess to the side.

I have been very pleased so far. The microphone seems to be much clearer to others. I like the push to talk on the waist rather than the lapel much more than I expected. It's taken a couple games for the ear piece to get positioned right to stay in the ear, but the last couple games were better. I have considered getting a custom earpiece.
