Easy process to complete as the instructions were great but the molded ear piece fits tight...maybe it will loosen up over time. The sound is amazing though.
Seth, thanks for the review! There should be NO discomfort with a custom earpiece... the point is to have a perfect fit. If you are having discomfort, we will absolutely remake or rework the earpiece until the fit is perfect.
