Easy process to complete as the instructions were great but the molded ear piece fits tight...maybe it will loosen up over time. The sound is amazing though.
Seth, thanks for the review! There should be NO discomfort with a custom earpiece... the point is to have a perfect fit. If you are having discomfort, we will absolutely remake or rework the earpiece until the fit is perfect. Awesome customer service! Had an issue with my headset and, after a few questions, was sent a replacement along with a return label for the defective unit so that I wouldn't be without for my next game. Marty was great to deal with.

Very nice. Allows me to hold my headset and midland radio in the case along with all of my small football officiating stuff in the zipper side.
